I'm an existing Tiki Hut Coffee customer and I'm used to your old "Pineapple Points" Loyalty Program. How does the new Loyalty Rewards Program mean for me and my existing Pineapple Points?
If you created a Tiki Hut Coffee account before August 2016 (prior to the relaunch of our website) you can rest assured that all your Pineapple Points have transferred over. In fact, we rounded everyone's your Pineapple Points up to the nearest dollar. A few things have changed with the rollout of our new Loyalty Rewards Program, but the value you get back from each purchase has only increased. Instead of getting 2.5% cash back on every order, you're getting a 1 Point for every $1 you spend. We've created Loyalty Rewards tiers that are measured by your number of points. You're getting a little more than 2.5% back on each purchase but it's measured in points instead of monetary value. You'll have to unlock Loyalty Rewards tiers to claim your discounts and enter a coupon code, rather than when you used to use the Pineapple Points dollars directly when you ordered - but the framework of the program remains the same
Before you can view your old Pineapple Points, you'll have to REACTIVATE YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT. Just fill out your First Name, Last Name, Email and Password and an activation email will automatically be sent to you. Click the activation link and reenter your password and you'll be all set.

How does the Tiki Hut Coffee Loyalty Rewards Program work?
As a member of the Tiki Hut Coffee family, you'll earn loyalty rewards points that you can use to redeem discounts on future orders. When you place ANY size order you will receive 1 Loyalty Point for every $1 you spend, which can be used to unlock points tiers and applied on any future order! Our Rewards.You will earn Loyalty Rewards Points on all products purchased, except brewers, which can be redeemed on future orders before tax and shipping.

How do I sign up for the Tiki Hut Coffee Loyalty Rewards Program?
To sign up and become eligible for our Loyalty Rewards, all you need to do is place orders with a Tiki Hut Coffee account. You'll have the option to create an account when you place your first order during the checkout process, or you can select the CREATE AN ACCOUNT link within the menu bar at the top right hand of our site and sign into your account when you're ready to place an order.
How do I check my Loyalty Rewards Points balance?
To check your current Loyalty Rewards Points balance, select the SIGN IN link at the top right hand of our site to login to your account. Then select the gold Check Rewards button located at the bottom right hand of the site.
A pop-up will then appear that displays your Loyalty Rewards Point Balance beneath our Tiki Hut Coffee logo, as well as the Rewards Offers you have available.
How do I claim and apply a Rewards Coupon towards an order?
To check your current Loyalty Rewards offers, select the SIGN IN link at the top right hand of our site to login to your account. Then select the gold Check Rewards button located at the bottom right hand of the site.
A pop-up will then appear that displays your Loyalty Rewards Point Balance and the Rewards Offers you've unlocked and can use. Select the CLAIM button next to a Reward to unlock it.
You'll automatically be taken to a screen that displays your unique coupon code. You'll also automatically receive an email whenever you earn points on an order, unlock a rewards tier or claim a reward.
To apply your coupon to an order, copy and paste the unique coupon code and select the Apply button to receive your discount during the checkout process. Your coupon will appear next to Discount underneath the Subtotal of your order.
How do I view/edit my Rewards Points account & notification settings?
To check your current Loyalty Rewards Points settings, select the SIGN IN link at the top right hand of our site to login to your account. Then select the gold Check Rewards button located at the bottom right hand of the site.
A pop-up will then appear that displays your Loyalty Rewards Point Balance. Select the Settings tool icon next to your email address in the right hand corner of the pop-up.
Select Profile Settings to view your account details, Notification settings to view your email preferences and edit when you'd like to be emailed about points, rewards unlocked, etc. and Logout to logout of the Rewards Points interface.
